Jacinta Mullins Naturopath Practice Policy
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a fee equal to 100% of the consultation fee. Clients are responsible for keeping their appointments and providing as much notice as possible if rescheduling becomes necessary. If you miss your appointment, a refund will not be provided.
Arriving Late
Arriving to your appointment late does not automatically grant a late finish time to make up for the missed minutes. As I run a busy clinic, unfortunately I am not able to go over the scheduled time of the appointment (60 minutes for the initial, and 30 minutes for the follow-up appointment).
Payments
Payments are made online via Stripe on my website, or directly transferred by direct debit. Initial appointments are booked directly online and follow-up appointments can either be invoiced or booked online. Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been made. Please note that I am unable to hold outstanding debits in my practice and the patients are responsible for payment of the session.
International Patients
International patients are charged an additional 10% on top of the current fee for Australian residents to cover additional hours added to each patients case after the consultations.
Fee Increases
I sporadically increase my consultation fee, herbal tincture and cream prices to match our current climate. I find that this is the best way to successfully run my clinic moving forwards.
Commitment
Naturopathic medicine is a traditional healing modality that offers holistic care by using herbs, nutritional advice and lifestyle recommendations. Due to this, healing can take time, either weeks or many months. I understand change can be very difficult, however I recommend full commitment to see long-lasting results.
